Customer Service
Customer service is paramount. I do everything possible to keep my customers happy. You will be very pleased with the quality of my work and my personal touches.
All items are made to order and I try to get each order completed within 3-5 days. In most cases, I don't need to special order materials but for some custom orders that may be required. If that is the case, I will contact you with an update of when you can expect your order to be completed and when it should arrive.

Shipping and Handling
Everything from The Boutique Mommy is shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Most orders only take a few days to arrive once shipped.
$4.95 Most small hair bow orders will ship for this price.
$10.35 Tutus and larger bow orders ship at this rate.
$13.95 All ensembles ship for this rate.
Most orders will fall into one of the above categories, however large orders will be more based on how much will fit into each box. I try my hardest to be economical and timely in shipping your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Because of the custom nature of my work, I do not offer refunds. Every item is made to order so I do need to be compensated once an item is created for you. However, if there is a problem I will do my best to correct it. It is very unlikely, but if a size or color is wrong or there is something wrong with your item I will replace it. I've had very few issues and there hasn't been a customer to date that hasn't been satisfied.
